About The Position

The Care Partner position at Arrow Senior Living is a full-time role located in Westlake, Ohio. The starting wage for Care Partners ranges from $18.00 to $20.00 per hour. The shift schedule includes working on Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday in the first week, and Monday, Saturday, and Sunday in the second week from 7 am to 7 pm. The role emphasizes empathy, human connection, and engagement with residents during their vulnerable moments, as well as assisting them with activities of daily living (ADL) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.

Requirements

  • Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English.
  • Positive and energetic attitude towards residents.
  • Possess computer skills to print documents and enter information about residents.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop throughout the day.
  • Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall.
  • Must be criminally cleared.

Responsibilities
