About The Position

We are seeking a Server Assistant to join our team. The Server Assistant will be responsible for servicing guests, assisting with functions for server, and delivering food to guest tables according to hotel specification, courteously and efficiently. Additional responsibilities include assisting in the maintenance of the restaurant area and equipment and provide lateral service when necessary. As a key member of the Eau Palm Beach team, you will play an essential role in delivering exceptional service to our guests, upholding the standards of our Forbes Five-Star resort. This position is a P.M. position, and all candidates must be able to work weekends, holidays and nights. We have a full-time position(s) available. This role is designated for our restaurant, Stir.

Requirements

• Ability to satisfactorily communicate in English with guests, management and co-workers.
• Ability to provide legible communication.
• Be able to lift a minimum of 30 pounds.
• Certification of previous training in liquor, wine and food service (desired).
• Certification in Alcohol awareness program (desired).
• Certification in Food Handlers program (desired).
