About The Position

The STIMWRX Field Operations Supervisor – Rocky Mountains oversees field execution, logistics coordination, equipment readiness, and customer interaction for stimulation operations across the region. This role serves as both an on-site technical representative and a regional operations lead, ensuring safe, efficient, and effective completion of STIMWRX stimulation jobs. Ideal candidates bring strong mechanical aptitude, field leadership skills, and experience with pumping, acidizing, or stimulation operations. Candidates may be located anywhere within the Rocky Mountain Region, including ND, SD, MT, WY, CO, or UT. Travel to job sites is required (50% or higher initially), with travel needs expected to decrease as experience and regional familiarity grow.

Must be willing to travel on short notice to all districts in region to aid in job completion.

Responsibilities

On-Site Representative
Aid in rig up and rig down of site if account manager is not present or if pump operator needs assistance.
The Operations Manager must be knowledgeable about STIMWRX products, potential damage materials, and pumping equipment.
Operations Supervisor will interact with company man or consultants on site to answer any questions or ensure procedure is adjusted to specific sit
Field Sales and Representation (not on-site)
Follow up on jobs with customer on-site reps or field representatives.
Remediate issues on jobs with customers.
Visit rig contacts for continued relations and sales.
Visit field offices to build relations and introduce information.
Must be willing to conduct field sales in all areas and assist areas with creating STIMWRX sales opportunities.
Relay opportunities for new chemistry or applications for customers needs. Ie. If customer is having issues with specific problem we do not have solution for.
Acquire contacts for corporate engineering sales to pass along to team.
Deliver food or sales items as needed to field. Have lunch with field reps, etc.
Logistics Management
Coordinate and/or communicate with third parties for STIMWRX related work. Utilize existing templates and include appropriate parties. Examples include: 3rd parties for bulk acid hauling, Vac truck or water haulers, third party pumping when necessary.
In association with STIMWRX Engineers and STIMWRX Logistics Coordinator, STIMWRX Operations Supervisor will be responsible for aiding in scheduling jobs as well as aiding in scheduling District STIMWRX Allocated Pump Operators. Operations Supervisor will collaborate with Distribution and area Managers on scheduling.
Have running and organized schedule of jobs that is easily accessible for reference.
Ensure required jobs have shower trailers and safety equipment/PPE. Either pulled by us or 3rd
Once a job is approved by the customer, the STIMWRX Operations Supervisor will aid scheduling and coordinating field logistical aspects on the job. Ie. Contact sites for fittings, site size, set up, etc.
Personnel Management
STIMWRX Operations Manager is an advisor for the pump operators allocated to the region.
Ensure operators, warehouse managers and area managers are aware of upcoming jobs and are prepared with as much notice as possible.
Aid in any issues and be prepared to help with any immediate issues or answer questions.
Ensure the preparation of the Stimulation Pump Drivers
Equipment Maintenance Program
Identify third party pump mechanic(s) to service pumping equipment. Maintenance or repairs that is not routine or is time sensitive should not be done internally.
In collaboration with a pump mechanic(s), devise maintenance program for all equipment utilized on stimulations (e.g. Monthly or weekly PM on Pump Skid, Acid Pump Truck, etc.)
Ensure execution of maintenance schedule and document all maintenance.
Ensure that all pumping equipment is fully operational before being sent out for a job.
Gain intimate knowledge of all units to advise on short notice fixes, solutions and repairs.
Ensure all hoses and fittings are in full working order and replaced as needed.
Ensure all units have required fittings for all types of jobs
Develop a list and acquire an inventory of spare parts for all pump equipment.
All warehouses where units are housed must have circulation loop or pressure testing system set up.
Post Job Reports
Ensure all computer/recording equipment on units are in working order and utilized.
Ensure replacement of any transducers, relays, electrical equipment, etc. associated with computers.
Ensure that Post Job Reports are created for stimulations. Send post job reports to customer representatives and STIMWRX group. And/or hand USB job report to on-site customer.
Internal Post Job Reports to include a summary of pumping events, any issues arose, equipment malfunctions, or operational anomalies.
Tracking of hours, volumes, etc. to ensure accurate billings checks
