About The Position

ATLAS ROOFING SHINGLES, UNDERLAYMENT & VENTILATION IS SEEKING A UTILITY OPERATOR
FOR DAINGERFIELD, TX.

Utility Operator Primary Responsibilities

Follow all plant safety rules and PPE requirements.
Maintain 5S and housekeeping standards throughout the facility.
Operate forklifts, Bobcats, and other equipment safely and efficiently.
Perform groundskeeping duties including lawn care and landscaping.
Assist with facility cleanup, waste removal, and material handling.
Complete other tasks as assigned by supervision.

Utility Operator Experience & Skills

High School Diploma or GED required.
Ability to work rotating shifts, holidays, and overtime.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and multitask.
Problem-solving and team collaboration skills.
Must pass forklift operator test and safely operate a forklift.

Physical Requirements

Frequent standing, walking, lifting (up to 75 lbs), and equipment operation.
Ability to work in varying temperatures and conditions (heat, cold, humidity,
noise).
