About The Position

● Diagnose problems and determine what repairs are needed on STIHL handheld equipment and push mowers. ● Disassembly, repair, and reassembly of components and machines. ● Performs all service tasks including sharpening mower blades and saw chain. ● Maintains a clean work area and performs work in a neat and orderly fashion. ● Brings to the attention of the Store Manager any shop tools or equipment that is not in a serviceable condition or is unsafe to use. ● Provide the best possible experience for Every Customer, Every Time by being helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly.

Requirements

• Working knowledge and experience with small engines
• Skilled at providing prompt, friendly and attentive customer service
• Proven track record of being a team player
• A continuous pattern of regular and prompt attendance is required
• Ability to stand for an extended period of time, walk, reach, and bend to perform job duties
• Move and handle merchandise up to 40 pounds, and fixtures throughout the store
