About The Position

The Stickpack Line Lead is a pivotal role responsible for overseeing the efficient operation of the stickpack packaging line within a manufacturing environment. This position ensures that production targets are met while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and compliance with company policies. The Line Lead will coordinate and supervise a team of operators and technicians, providing guidance and support to optimize workflow and resolve any operational issues promptly. Additionally, the role involves continuous monitoring of equipment performance and implementing process improvements to enhance productivity. Ultimately, the Stickpack Line Lead plays a critical role in delivering consistent, high-quality packaged products that meet customer specifications and company standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a manufacturing or packaging environment, preferably with stickpack or similar packaging lines.
• Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience in a production setting.
• Basic understanding of packaging machinery operation and maintenance.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and quality standards.

Nice To Haves

• Associate degree or technical certification in manufacturing, industrial technology, or related field.
• Experience with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Familiarity with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and FDA regulations.
• Proficiency in using production management software and data tracking tools.
• Previous experience leading teams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead the daily operations of the stickpack packaging line to meet production schedules and quality standards.
• Train, mentor, and support line operators and technicians to ensure adherence to safety protocols and operational procedures.
• Monitor equipment performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate maintenance activities to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with quality assurance and production planning teams to ensure compliance with product specifications and regulatory requirements.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize line efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance overall productivity.
