About The Position
The Stibo MDM Developer position is a critical role within our organization, focusing on the architecture, design, and implementation of Master Data Management (MDM) and Product Information Management (PIM) solutions using Stibo STEP modules. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in IT, with a minimum of 9 years of experience, and at least 4 years specifically in MDM/PIM solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of MDM architecture and metadata management, as well as strong development skills in Java technologies, particularly within the J2EE framework. In this position, you will be responsible for designing and implementing solutions that enhance our data management capabilities. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our MDM solutions meet business requirements and are aligned with best practices. Your expertise in PIM architecture will be essential as you develop and maintain data models that support our product information needs. Additionally, you will perform root cause analysis and resolve issues related to reports and data models, ensuring data integrity and accuracy across the organization. The Stibo MDM Developer will also leverage their strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex data challenges. You will be expected to stay current with industry trends and advancements in MDM technologies, contributing to the continuous improvement of our data management processes. This hybrid position is based in Houston, TX, allowing for a flexible work environment that balances in-office collaboration with remote work opportunities.
