About The Position
Omni Viking Lakes Hotel is seeking a Lead Steward. This team member will supervise the day-to-day operation of the stewarding department for a given shift, ensuring control and distribution of operating equipment, maintenance of cleaning and sanitation standards, supervision of all utility, pot washer, dishwasher, and worker assignment tasks.
