The stewarding supervisor works under the direction of the executive steward. In the absence of the executive steward, the stewarding supervisor will work under the direction of the Resort Executive Chef and/or the chef on duty. This position requires accountability for all stewarding operations that fall under the supervisors scheduled shift. Because of the fluctuating demands of the Resort’s operation, it is an essential part of the job to perform a multitude of different tasks and to help others when the occasion arises.
