About The Position

Keep operations sparkling behind the scenes. As Stewarding Supervisor you will lead the stewarding team to ensure all culinary and service equipment is cleaned, organized, and ready for action. From dish pit to event setup, you’ll manage sanitation standards and support the heartbeat of kitchen operations.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of supervisory experience in stewarding or back-of-house operations
  • Working knowledge of sanitation, safety, and HACCP standards
  • Ability to manage inventory and chemical handling
  • ServSafe or food safety certification preferred
  • Experience training and leading hourly teams

Responsibilities

  • Supervise stewarding team and daily back-of-house operations
  • Ensure proper cleaning and sanitization of all kitchen equipment
  • Maintain organization and cleanliness of dish areas and storage rooms
  • Track chemical usage and follow safety protocols
  • Support culinary team with equipment setup and breakdown
  • Train staff on proper handling and cleaning procedures
  • Manage dish machine functionality and request maintenance as needed
