About The Position

A Stewarding Supervisor's responsibilities include working as a team leader to ensure the delivery of food to banquet functions and supervising the overall kitchen sanitation process and procedures, including but not limited to quality and consistent production of all china, glassware, and silverware operations. Requirements

Must have open availability and be able to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Bilingual in English and Spanish
Must have good computer skills
Flexible schedule, including weekends
Experience in stewarding/dishwashing department of hotel or large restaurant
