The position is responsible for maintaining an immaculate backstage area at all times, monitoring department payroll, supplies usage, and chemical usage. The role involves maintaining adequate CGS on a monthly basis and advising the F&B Director of potential shortages. The individual will also maintain all kitchen equipment, clean and supply outlets with CGS for quality operation, and assist in any and all areas as needed.
