About The Position
Overview Seminole Classic Casino pioneered Indian gaming when it opened as the country’s first large stakes bingo hall in 1979, eventually expanding with gaming machines and poker. The landmark casino is now home to over 1,000 state-of-the-art, newest-title slot machines and other local favorites such as Diamond Lottos, Fort Knox, Pirate’s Loot. Responsibilities The incumbent is responsible for the maintenance and cleanliness of the food preparation area. Properly cleans and sanitizes all dishes, glassware, utensils and pots.
Requirements
- 2-3 months of food service experience, preferably working in the kitchen
- Some knowledge of dishwashing equipment
- Must possess attention to detail
- Must have high standards of cleanliness
- Must be able to lift up to 75lbs
- Must be able to work standing for long periods of time
Responsibilities
- Take out trash, cleaning kitchen areas and equipment
- Washing dishes, pots, pans, glassware (both by hand and by automated machine)
