Flour Bakery + Cafe is looking for dining room stewards for full and part time positions! The Steward directly reports to the bakery Kitchen Manager but will also be given direction from the FOH manager, FOH assistant manager. Flour’s steward responsibility is to provide ultimate hospitality and make sure our guests have everything they need to enjoy their visit and the bakery is fully stocked and cleaned. Filled milks, water pitcher, and clean/full condiment station, clean tables chairs and floors, clean/stocked bathrooms, clean patio areas, and trash and recycling emptying as needed. Stewards are a vital part of the guests overall comfort and experience when visiting Flour. Rounds to address each of the above tasks must be conducted every 15min throughout ones shift. This part time position requires availability to work closing shifts on both Saturday and Sunday, with the possibility of additional shifts starting in the spring.
