About The Position

The Steward is responsible for maintaining kitchen cleanliness, sanitation, and organization, supporting the back-of-house team in a fast-paced luxury dining environment. This is a full-time position with an hourly compensation rate of $29.00 an hour.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in kitchen sanitation or stewarding preferred.
  • Understanding of food safety regulations and HACCP guidelines.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
  • Strong physical endurance and ability to work in a high-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail in kitchen hygiene and equipment handling.
  • Ability to multitask and support multiple kitchen stations as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Wash, sanitize, and store dishware, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient dish station.
  • Assist chefs with basic prep tasks, including ingredient cleaning and storage.
  • Monitor and restock clean service ware for seamless kitchen operations.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety sanitation protocols.
