Requirements

• A reliable team player with a strong work ethic
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
• Willingness to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Wash, sanitize, and properly store dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, floors, and equipment
• Assist with trash removal, recycling, and maintaining a safe work environment
• Support kitchen and service teams by keeping supplies stocked and ready
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards (because clean is cool 😎)
