You will also be responsible for assisting the kitchen staff in maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen and all storage areas.   As part of our leadership team, you’ll embody our Promise to Lead with Love—guiding, supporting, and inspiring associates while delivering extraordinary guest experiences. You’ll support both front and back-of-house operations, this role helps create a positive and efficient experience for guests and associates alike.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent and/or experience in a related field preferred.
  • 1 + years’ experience in a Stewarding and/or Dishwasher capacity for a high-volume/fine dining/Restaurant/Food and Beverage Outlet/ Banquet Department or production kitchen helpful but not required.
  • A leadership style rooted in collaboration, respect, and service to others.
  • Ensure that all guests feel welcome and are given responsive, friendly, and courteous service always

Nice To Haves

  • 1 + years’ experience in a Stewarding and/or Dishwasher capacity for a high-volume/fine dining/Restaurant/Food and Beverage Outlet/ Banquet Department or production kitchen helpful but not required.
  • Understanding of kitchen, restaurant, and banquet equipment sanitation requirements is helpful

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of cleanliness and proper storage of all china, glass, and silver, and ensuring the highest standards of sanitation
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, busy, and somewhat stressful environment, work under pressure and meet deadlines with particular attention to detail.
  • Ability to get along well with others, to demonstrate flexibility and patience, to work as a member of a team
  • Understanding of kitchen, restaurant, and banquet equipment sanitation requirements is helpful
  • Comply and assure compliance with all safety standards by following all safety rules, sanitation criteria, and procedures.
