You will help maintain a clean, sanitized and orderly kitchen to ensure the highest standards are achieved throughout the food and beverage operations. Primary Tasks: You will thoroughly clean equipment and facilities to conform to proper sanitation standards. Wash pots, pans, and traps while maintaining the neat appearance of working areas and cleaning equipment storage areas. Clean and disinfect walls, sinks, countertops, floors, tables, chairs, refrigerators, microwaves, and other areas of food service areas. Clean and replace floor mats. You will support the dish room, operating dish machine. Empty and clean garbage cans in dish area and throughout kitchen. Perform other responsibilities as may be assigned
