Put your toes in the sand and soak in the sun on 200 feet of private beachfront. As was the norm in the early iterations of Florida hotels, Beachcomber's rooms all open up to a lush courtyard featuring tropical gardens, pools and endless spots to relax in the shade. No matter where you are, at the Beachcomber, you're always just steps from the beach and within earshot of live music emanating from our legendary beach bar, Jimmy B's! What you will have an opportunity to do: Please note: Candidates must complete the required assessment sent after submitting their application in order to be considered for this position. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Wash, sanitize, and properly store dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment Maintain cleanliness and organization of dish areas and back-of-house spaces Assist with trash removal and recycling Support kitchen team with basic cleaning and organization tasks as needed Follow all food safety, sanitation, and safety standards Keep a steady pace during high-volume service What We Offer Competitive hourly pay 401(k) with company match Employee hotel discounts and resort perks A fun, fast-paced work environment with a supportive team What are we looking for? Qualifications Previous dishwasher or kitchen experience preferred (but not required) Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 75 lbs Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays Positive attitude and willingness to jump in where needed Compensation: - Pyramid Global Hospitality is an equal opportunity employer. Requirements
