• Clean all dishes, pots, pans, utensils, speed racks and other items to facilitate food service operation. • Maintain kitchen floor, walls and surfaces with regular sweeping and mopping or cleaning. • Complies with standards of health, safety, and sanitation. • Understands and practices the use of proper chemicals on property. • Maintains knowledge of sanitation, dishwashing, maintenance, and safety standards. • Separates and removes trash and garbage and places it in designated containers; steam-cleans or hoses-out garbage cans and operates card board recycle compactor. • Performs all other duties as assigned.
