About The Position

Role: The Steward is responsible for providing the restaurant with clean china, tableware, cookware, and all other equipment needed.

Requirements

  • Must possess excellent teamwork, interpersonal, customer service, and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule as required by business operations, including late nights, weekends, and holidays; shifts may change.
  • High School Diploma/GED, required

Responsibilities

  • Clean and wash all kitchen equipment, pots, pans, china, silverware, and glasses using the dishwasher as appropriate.
  • Properly store all kitchen equipment, pots, pans, china, silverware, and glasses.
  • Deliver and properly store all stock from receiving department.
  • Deliver products and stock to food outlets.
  • Clean floors in the kitchen area and cookers.
