Requirements

Previous experience as a Steward or in a similar role preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Ability to lift 25+ pounds and stand for long periods of time
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

Support the culinary team by washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
