About the role: The Steward supports our Food and Beverage outlets in providing award-winning service through attention to detail, ensuring the highest level of cleanliness. This role is part of the Stewarding and Food and Beverage department.

Requirements

  • Personal presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong time management skills: ability to multi-task, set priorities, and adjust to changing conditions.
  • Willing to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work closely with other departments and communicate clearly and effectively with colleagues and guests.
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 100 lbs.
  • Have Work Authorization/Ability to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Clean and sanitize china, glass, and silver using a dish machine
  • Maintain the sanitation of all major kitchen equipment, culinary and food and beverage facilities
  • Clean and sanitize all pots, pans, and kitchen utensils
  • Maintain the silver polishing program
  • Utilize and handle cleaning supplies and chemicals in a safe manner
