About The Position

The Dishwasher will perform a variety of required tasks to support other kitchen personnel to ensure a high-quality guest experience. The position requires cleaning dishes, kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils.

Requirements

• Must be able to communicate in English with guests, co-workers and management to their understanding.

• Must be punctual.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for everything involved in the experience of a dining establishment, besides actually cooking the food.
• Responsible for minor food preparation.
• Perform a variety of duties and responsibilities every shift.
• Must have the ability to multi-task and have a flexible work style.
• Responsible for making sure all plates, glasses, bowls and silverware are perfectly cleaned between uses.
• Uses industrial dishwashers followed by hand polishing to remove leftover smudges.
• Makes sure the kitchen and storage areas are kept clean at all times.
• Clean industrial kitchen appliances, such as stoves, grills, freezers and ovens.
• Must meet health and safety standards at all times.
• Have a clean and professional appearance at all times by wearing appropriate dress, covering tattoos and maintaining facial hair.
• Requires the safe use of commercial dishwashers, glass washers, basic culinary tools and commercial cutlery.
• Follow and support Service Commitment and Core Values.
• All other duties, as assigned.
