About The Position

Arthrex, Inc. is a global medical device company and a leader in new product development and medical education in orthopedics. Arthrex Manufacturing Inc. is actively searching for a Night Shift - Steward to join the Culinary team at the Pendleton, SC location. The successful candidate will be able to maintain a clean and safe work environment including but not limited to washing dishes, cleaning floors, waste removal, equipment breakdown and upkeep, assist in transporting deliveries, organize incoming deliveries, and rotation of storage. Flexibility will be needed with this schedule, primary hours will be 7:30 p.m. – 6:00 a.m., Monday-Thursday. There will be other opportunities for additional OT, based on business needs.

Requirements

• High school diploma required.
• 1 year of restaurant experience preferred.
• Serve-Safe certification.
• General knowledge of kitchen equipment, its functions and operational technique.
• Ability to define problems and communicate them effectively.
• Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form.
• Ability to comprehend and apply mathematical principles.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment including washing dishes, cleaning floors, waste removal, equipment breakdown and upkeep.
• Assist in transporting deliveries.
• Organize incoming deliveries.
• Rotate storage.
