Requirements

• Three years of experience working in a professional kitchen to include staff supervision, ordering and inventory control, equipment use and maintenance as well as banquet set-up.

Responsibilities

• Represent Club to public health agencies
• Provide liaison with related departments for equipment and supply provision
• Supervise set up of banquet functions with utility staff
• Maintain equipment and facility in productive, clean and safe condition
• Train, schedule and supervise staff
