About The Position

The Kitchen Stewards primary responsibilities include the functions of deep cleaning all kitchens on JRCR property. Kitchen Stewards will complete all daily work assigned by following the direction of their supervisory team and understanding and following the departmental policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Any combination of education and experience that could likely provide the required knowledge and skills are qualifying

Responsibilities

• Deep cleans all kitchens on JRCR properties
• Cleans filters, troughs, and drip machines on a daily basis
• Responsible for filtering of deep fryer oils
• Cleans and degreases all floor mats
• Scrubs kitchen floors
• Wipes down all hoods and related equipment
• Maintains a sanitary kitchen at all times
• Operates steam cleaners for indoor and outdoor cleaning
• Performs a wide range of related duties as needed or requested by supervisor
• Demonstrates flexibility and adaptability to work in a high volume environment
• Other duties may be assigned

Benefits

• Pay range: $18.00 - $23.40 per hour
• Shift Differential: Non-Exempt employees will receive a $1.00 per hour shift differential for any hours worked between 10:00pm and 6:00am
