About The Position

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Manage foodservice and housekeeping operations for 100+ customers.
• Supervise a catering crew of 10 or more as an Executive Steward.
• Prepare meals while overseeing a crew of 7 or less as a Steward.
• Assist with menu preparation and follow menu guidelines as a Night Cook/Baker.
• Prepare a variety of baked goods from scratch as a Night Cook/Baker.
• Follow instructions and maintain a team-centered approach as a Galley Hand.
