Overview Responsibilities The incumbent in this position is responsible for steward and cleaning operations, ensuring restaurants are supplied with clean dishes and silverware according to business needs Essential Duties Follows and maintains department objectives, standards, and guidelines to ensure proper operation of department. Assists in ordering and receiving all non-food items within the Food & Beverage Department, ensuring adequate par levels of inventory. Inspects equipment and ensures all equipment is in working order and up to Hard Rock safety and cleanliness standards; authorizes replacement parts for equipment in the food departments. Maintains open lines of communications with the Executive Chef and Director of Food & Beverage. Attend and participate in meetings, completing follow-up as assigned. Perform work regularly and predictably. Responsible for cleaning and sanitizing work and public spaces. Other duties as assigned
