About The Position

The position involves cleaning and sanitizing all dishes and silverware for guest use, as well as kitchen equipment and banquet areas. The role also includes the responsibility for garbage removal and the cleaning and sanitizing of all kitchen areas, including floors, walls, and ceiling tiles. The candidate must be able to understand and follow both verbal and written instructions.

Requirements

• Previous cleaning experience
• High School diploma or GED required
• An appropriate combination of both education and experience
