We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our team as Dishwasher. This role is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of all china, silverware, and cookware used throughout the hotel, including banquets and our restaurant, Prairie Kitchen and Bar. The ideal candidate will take pride in supporting kitchen operations by ensuring all dishware, utensils, and cooking equipment are cleaned efficiently and ready for service.

Requirements

• Must have physical stamina to lift, push and pull moderate amounts of weight.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize all china, glassware, silverware, and cookware used throughout the hotel.
• Operate dishwashing equipment and ensure all items are properly cleaned and stored.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dishwashing and kitchen areas.
• Assist with basic kitchen tasks, such as emptying trash and keeping floors clean.
• Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
