About The Position
The Steve & Kate's Camp Director is responsible for planning and executing a kid-centric summer day camp and other seasonal programs. This role includes developing marketing initiatives, building relationships with camp families, recruiting and training staff, and overseeing logistics and operations. The Camp Director aims to create an inclusive camp community while ensuring safety and operational efficiency.
