Requirements

Nice To Haves

Order Management Platforms: Experience with systems like IBM Sterling OMS, SAP Order Management, Oracle Order Management, or similar.
Integration Technologies: Knowledge of APIs (REST/SOAP), EDI, and B2B integration for connecting OMS with ERP, CRM, and fulfillment systems.
Data Modeling & Architecture: Understanding of order lifecycle data structures, relational databases (SQL), and NoSQL for scalability.
Cloud Platforms: Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP for hosting OMS solutions and leveraging cloud-native services.

Responsibilities

Own the Order Management product area, driving growth and continuous improvement while serving as the subject matter expert for all order-related capabilities.
Enable a high-performing Agile team environment, ensuring efficient delivery across the entire Order Management lifecycle-from order capture to fulfillment.
Shape and execute a roadmap focused on delivering exceptional customer outcomes, reducing complexity, and minimizing technical debt within the Order Management domain.
Define and lead the product strategy for Order Management by aligning cross-functional stakeholders, delivering measurable business value, and achieving intended impact.
Build and nurture partnerships that enhance Order Management functionality, expand integration capabilities, and attract adjacent customer segments to accelerate adoption and success.
