Requirements

  • Financial Acumen for Commercial Success: Showcase strong financial acumen, with an ability to develop a compelling product business case. Drive commercial success through a profound understanding of impacts to P&L and SaaS metrics such as LTV, CAC, and NRR.
  • End-to-End Product Development Expertise: Leverage your experience in driving product ownership and growth across the full product development lifecycle. Provide demonstrable examples of successful product discovery and launch.
  • Stakeholder Management: Prove your ability to effectively communicate and manage multiple stakeholder relationships. Rely on influence rather than authority to establish a shared product vision.

  • Order Management Platforms: Experience with systems like IBM Sterling OMS, SAP Order Management, Oracle Order Management, or similar.
  • Integration Technologies: Knowledge of APIs (REST/SOAP), EDI, and B2B integration for connecting OMS with ERP, CRM, and fulfillment systems.
  • Data Modeling & Architecture: Understanding of order lifecycle data structures, relational databases (SQL), and NoSQL for scalability.
  • Cloud Platforms: Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP for hosting OMS solutions and leveraging cloud-native services.

Responsibilities

  • Own the Order Management product area, driving growth and continuous improvement while serving as the subject matter expert for all order-related capabilities.
  • Enable a high-performing Agile team environment, ensuring efficient delivery across the entire Order Management lifecycle-from order capture to fulfillment.
  • Shape and execute a roadmap focused on delivering exceptional customer outcomes, reducing complexity, and minimizing technical debt within the Order Management domain.
  • Define and lead the product strategy for Order Management by aligning cross-functional stakeholders, delivering measurable business value, and achieving intended impact.
  • Build and nurture partnerships that enhance Order Management functionality, expand integration capabilities, and attract adjacent customer segments to accelerate adoption and success.
