Blue Cloud is the largest pediatric Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) company in the country, specializing in dental restorative and exodontia surgery for pediatric and special needs patients delivered under general anesthesia. As our network of ASCs continues to grow, we are actively recruiting a new Sterilization Technician to join our talented and passionate care team. Our ASC based model provides an excellent working environment with a close-knit clinical team of Dentists, Anesthesiologists, Registered Nurses, Registered Dental Assistants and more. Requirements

  • Current Basic Life Support Certification (BLS)
  • Demonstrated understanding of sterilization principles required
  • Ability to move quickly in response to physician and patient needs
  • Occasional overhead and low reaching, as well as bending

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in central processing functions preferred

Responsibilities

  • Clean, package, sterilize, and store the supplies, instruments, and equipment in the correct places per regulations
  • Adhere to sterilization process, policies, and procedures
  • Correctly operate sterilizer, ultrasonic washers, and other equipment for processing items
  • Maintain inventory levels and accurate records
