Requirements
- Prior dental sterilization or clinical support experience preferred.
- Knowledge of infection control and sterilization protocols in a dental setting.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety standards.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced pediatric dental environment.
- Positive attitude with a strong team-oriented mindset.
Responsibilities
- Sterilize and maintain dental instruments and equipment following infection control and OSHA guidelines.
- Prepare treatment rooms and ensure operatories are clean, organized, and fully stocked.
- Transport, process, and package instruments for sterilization cycles.
- Monitor sterilization equipment and maintain accurate sterilization logs.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by management.
