About The Position

We are seeking a Sterilization Technician to support our surgical team and help ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality patient care. In this role, you will work under the supervision of the surgeon to maintain a safe operating environment, ensure equipment functions properly, and support the effective conduct of invasive surgical procedures. This position offers hands-on experience, growth, and the opportunity to be an integral part of a fast-paced clinical team.   • Proven track record of professional growth
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to anticipate the needs of the surgeon and understand operative procedures
  • Commitment to quality patient care and maintaining sterile conditions

Nice To Haves

  • Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Check and prepare supplies, instruments, and equipment needed for surgical procedures
  • Maintain the highest standards of sterile technique and monitor the sterile field
  • Pass instruments and support the surgeon during procedures
  • Ensure equipment is functioning and the operating area remains safe and efficient
