Requirements

• Prior experience in a dental or medical sterilization role preferred
• Knowledge of infection control, OSHA, and CDC regulations
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established protocols
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment
• Reliable, organized, and a strong team player

Responsibilities

• Clean, disinfect, sterilize, and store dental instruments and equipment according to OSHA and CDC guidelines
• Operate and maintain sterilization equipment, including autoclaves and ultrasonic cleaners
• Ensure treatment rooms are properly stocked and prepared for patient care
• Monitor sterilization logs, biological indicators, and compliance documentation
• Maintain a clean, organized sterilization area and assist clinical team as needed
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management
