About The Position

We are looking to hire a Sterilization Tech who is excited about a fun and rewarding career in the Pediatric Dental field. This position would be based out of our St. Paul and Eagan offices. Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Decontaminating and cleaning surgical instruments, medical devices, and equipment.
  • Operating sterilization equipment such autoclaves to ensure proper sterilization of instruments.
  • Clean and turn over rooms.
  • Managing and maintaining an inventory of sterile supplies and equipment.
  • Rotating stock to ensure that items with expiration dates are used before they expire.
  • Documenting and maintaining accurate records of sterilization processes and equipment maintenance.
  • Following established protocols and quality control procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Performing routine maintenance on sterilization equipment and reporting any malfunctions.
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines related to sterile processing.
  • Responding to emergency situations, such as instrument recalls or urgent sterilization needs.
