Our friendly pediatric dental office is looking for a Dental Sterilization Technician to join our team! Position Overview As a Dental Sterilization Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring a safe, clean, and efficient clinical environment for our young patients and team members. Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable and punctual
- Knowledgeable in Infection Control
Nice To Haves
- Prior dental or medical experience is a plus, but not required (we are willing to train the right candidate)
Responsibilities
- Sterilize dental instruments and equipment following proper protocols
- Set up and break down patient treatment rooms
- Maintain cleanliness throughout the office in accordance with OSHA standards
- Stock supplies and ensure rooms are fully prepared for procedures
- Dispose of waste and take out garbage regularly
- Assist with end-of-day cleaning and office closing procedures
- Support the clinical team as needed
