About The Position

As a Sterile Processing Technician, you will support daily clinical operations by: Maintaining, cleaning, sanitizing, and organizing dental instruments Ensuring timely and accurate sterilization workflows Supporting compliance with OSHA guidelines and infection‑control standards Tracking and documenting sterility testing Collaborating closely with clinical teams to meet their instrument needs Helping maintain an efficient, safe, and well‑organized sterilization environment Your work helps keep the Dental Center running smoothly — and directly contributes to exceptional patient care.

Requirements

At least 1 year of Sterile Processing Technician experience
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
Understanding of infection‑control procedures
Familiarity with medical or dental instruments
Team‑oriented mindset and a commitment to maintaining high standards

Responsibilities

Follow OSHA standards and all infection‑control protocols.
Sterilize incoming instruments promptly and efficiently.
Maintain clean, orderly sterilization areas at all times.
Accurately log spore‑testing results.
Utilize tracking systems to monitor instruments through sterilization cycles.
Notify the Lead Sterilization Tech of any equipment, supply, or process issues.
Support providers with instrument and handpiece requests or special needs.
Foster positive team relationships and contribute to the Dental Center’s clinical goals.
