About The Position

Joining our Lake Regional Health System team means working alongside our knowledgeable, dedicated team of people who care for our patients and one another. Lake Regional Health System is seeking a dedicated, professional Sterile Processing Tech to join our Central Sterile team who can provide personalized, high-quality care to our community. Our Surgical Techs have an opportunity to grow their skills through in-house training and development. What Are We Looking For? An individual who has current certification as a Central Service Processing Technician Certification (CRCST)/Certified Scrub Technician (CST) or willingness to become certified within 2 years. Our Sterile Processing Tech washes, disinfects, and processes all instruments, equipment, and supplies brought to this area in accordance with approved policies. In addition, Lake regional is looking for an individual who is seeking a collaborative care approach and actively participates in our perioperative UBC to ensure cohesive patient care! Strong technical skills, attention to detail, critical thinking abilities, and the ability to work well under pressure are essential for success in this role.
