About The Position
Emory Healthcare is seeking a Sterile Processing Technician for Emory EUOSH Hospital. This full-time position operates from 1pm to 9:30pm, requiring 40 hours of work per week. The technician will be responsible for ensuring the quality of work and the safety and care of all patients. The role involves receiving soiled or contaminated supplies, determining the best cleaning and sterilization methods, assembling surgical instrument trays, and operating sterilization equipment. The technician will also restock prep areas and monitor sterilization equipment.
