About The Position
The Sterile Processing Technician 2 is responsible for decontaminating, assembling, and inspecting equipment and instruments. This role involves accurately operating sterilizers and performing biological and integrator testing while maintaining record-keeping systems under direct supervision and guidance from the Supervisor. The technician rotates and restocks sterile supplies in accordance with infection control standards to ensure a safe and reliable atmosphere for patient care.
