Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Advanced knowledge of regulatory standards for universal precautions, sterilization methodologies, and regulatory standards for biological monitoring.
Nice To Haves
- One (1) year of previous job-related experience in Central Supply and/or Sterile Processing experience in hospital or clinic setting.
- National Certification in Sterile Processing or equivalent.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for decontamination, correct assembly and sterile processing of all instruments used in the operating room and ambulatory/specialty clinics.
- Adheres to policies, procedures and regulations to ensure compliance and patient safety.
