Requirements

High School GED General Studies required.
American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS) required.
Fire Safety (within 90 days of start date) required.
Knowledge of specialty instruments and thorough knowledge of disinfecting and sterilization procedures

Nice To Haves

Associates Other and one (1) year technical operating/instrument room experience in sterile processing preferred.
Bachelor's Other and one (1) year technical operating/instrument room experience in sterile processing preferred.
Prior large Hospital/acute care experience preferred.
GI experience preferred.
Cert Sterile Processing Dist Tech (CSPDT-CBSPD) preferred.
Certified Sterile Processing and Dist Supervisor (CSPDS) preferred.
Certified Sterile Processing and Dist Tech (CSPDT) preferred.
