SPD Technician Full-Time I Second Shift Surgical Services I Lexington Unit Description: Baptist Health Lexington Surgical Services Department encompasses several key areas: the Pre-Op Department, 20 operating rooms with a business office staff responsible for scheduling, a Postoperative Care Unit, an Endoscopy Department with dedicated pre- and post-op areas, and a Sterile Processing Department. Description: Processing patient supplies and surgical instruments. Decontamination of instruments, equipment and patient reusable supplies. Assist with maintaining departmental inventory. Ensures positive customer relations interactions. On call weekends, weeknights, and holidays by rotation. Requirements

• Certification IAHCSMM or CBSPD (Preferred)
• BCLS by the end of orientation.
