Sterile Processing Supervisor (Full Time- Days) Bring your passion to Texas Health so we are Better + Together Work location: Texas Health Allen, 1105 Central Expwy North TX 75013 Work hours: Full time – 40 Hours; Monday - Friday from 9:00am to 5:30pm with rotating weekend on call Central Sterile Processing Highlights: Very diverse team Fast - Paced High Volume Area averaging 35+ sets per staff member/daily Here's What You Need: H.S. Diploma or Equivalent required 2 years of Sterile Processing experience required Sterile processing leadership experience is strongly preferred CSPDT – Certified Sterile Processing and Distribution Technician upon hire required or CRCST – Certified Registered Central Service Technician upon hire required CBSPD - Certification Board for Sterile Processing & Distribution upon hire required What You Will Do · Manage daily operations by facilitating department call assignment schedules to ensure proper coverage as well as maintaining vacation requests. · Oversee workflow for the best needs of the department. · Assist with employee evaluations. · Coordinates daily workflow to ensure that instrument sets and equipment are available when needed. · Coordinates staff schedule to assure adequate staffing. · Performs other checks as necessary to assure that recommended standards are being followed in the processing/sterilization of instruments. · Ensure the rotation of instrument trays for sharpening, as well as equipment repairs for CSP, Surgery Endoscopy. Requirements

  • H.S. Diploma or Equivalent required
  • 2 years of Sterile Processing experience required
  • CSPDT – Certified Sterile Processing and Distribution Technician upon hire required or
