Sterile Processing Supervisor
About The Position
Available Sterile Processing Supervisor Positions: Evening Shift: M-F 2PM-10:30PM; No Weekends Night Shift: M-F 10PM-6:30AM; No Weekends The Sterile Processing Supervisor: Directs daily activities of the department's respective area staff. Fulfills various ancillary functions such as processing of the used surgical instrumentation, assembling, wrapping, and restocking storage areas. Receives and dispenses supplies and equipment. Performs cleaning, preparation, and sterilization duties in Sterile Processing as directed. Works interdepartmentally with all areas serviced by Sterile Processing.
Requirements
- High School Diploma - OR - GED
- Certification as a Certified Central Sterile Supply Technician IAHCSMM (CRCST) or (CHL)
- Excellent Communications Skills
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills
- Microsoft Office Applications
