About The Position

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced Sterile Processing Manager to lead the Central Sterile Processing (CSP) department within a high-performing acute care hospital. This leadership role is responsible for ensuring all surgical instrumentation and supplies meet strict sterilization standards, supporting a dynamic surgical environment with a strong focus on orthopedic and spine procedures.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of Sterile Processing experience required
• Prior Lead or Supervisor experience in an acute care setting required
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Completion of an accredited CSP program with active certification required
• BCLS certification required (or must be obtained within 30 days of hire)

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily CSP operations, ensuring efficient workflows and timely instrument availability for surgical cases
• Lead staff training, development, scheduling, and performance management
• Ensure adherence to all applicable standards, including The Joint Commission and other accrediting bodies
• Develop, review, and update departmental policies aligned with best practices
• Monitor sterilization processes, documentation, and infection control standards to ensure optimal outcomes
