Seeking a Sterile Processing Manager to serve Essentia Health at St. Mary's Medical Clinic in Duluth, Minnesota. This professional works full time on day shift. This is a salaried position. We are like nowhere else: https://vimeo.com/284233541 What You'll Do: Accountable for the daily operations of the 24-hour department and has oversight for assuring that sterile processing standards are consistent across the system in hospital and clinic sites. Ensures staff provides high quality infection control and patient-focused services in all locations which comply with local, state and federal requirements. In addition, the manager collaborates with leadership to complete the operational plan and meet budget and productivity targets. Inherent in this role is a focus on customer satisfaction which includes delivering quality that support patient care and meets the expectations of physicians and staff in the departments served. Requirements

  • At least three years of experience
  • Certification in sterile processing
  • Minimum of an associate's degree
  • Current certification as a CRCST through HSPA or certification as a CSPDT through CBSPD
  • Certification in Health Care Leadership within 1 year of hire/transfer
  • At least 3 years of work experience in Sterile Processing and/or Operating Room

Responsibilities
